  • Accomplished background in sales or real estate.
  • Self-motivated, team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.
  • Goal oriented with a focus on personal responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently but also follow instructions.
  • Track record of success in leadership, personal achievements, or sports.
  • Strong computer skills with a belief in continued improvement.
  • Experience with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to speak a foreign language (ideal).
  • Real Estate License (preferred for interview but required for employment).

  • Full back-office marketing, accounting, and invoicing.


  • Researching the local market to generate potential leads.
  • Cold calling and communicating with leads and clients daily.
  • CRM / database setup and management.
  • General research (pulling comps and other data) – CoStar, Sunbiz, etc.
  • Prepare listing and buyer presentations.
  • Property tours – help compile information and prepare property tour books.
  • Listing Agreements – new and renewals (monitor expiration list).
  • Prepare, review, and edit – LOI’s, proposals, RFP’s, leases, contracts, and miscellaneous word/excel documents.
  • Owner’s reports – ensure completion in timely manner.
  • Transaction coordination (contract/lease to close) .
  • Social Media and email management (as needed).

Work Schedule, Environment, Compensation & Benefits

  • Full time Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Modern office with in-office and hybrid options.
