Robert Chappell specializes in commercial real estate development and has completed over two million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail projects. Some of his previous projects include the 350,000 square feet of Kohl’s anchored West Volusia Towne Centre in Orange City, Florida as well as the Florida Tech Campus in Orlando. Previous clients include Amgen, Raytheon, Home Depot, AMC Theaters, Kohl’s, Petsmart, Staples, Starbucks, Old Navy, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Michael’s and Ross.

Robert previously worked as a Director of Real Estate at a NYSE REIT and has been involved in commercial sales and leasing in Orlando and Los Angeles. He has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Education

Robert graduated from the University of California with a BSE in Social Science. He is also a four time Collegiate All American tennis player and two time NCAA tennis singles champion.
