Scope of Service Experience

Paul Marczak has been the Market Research Director for NAI Realvest since 1989. Under his direction, Realvest has completed market and financial feasibility studies for residential and commercial developments throughout the country. Mr. Marczak has extensive trial experience as an expert witness in bankruptcy and eminent domain cases. He is responsible for the preparation of valuation analyses and investment offering materials for institutional clients. His responsibilities at Realvest also include telecommunications and IT administration.

Background & Experience

Mr. Marczak’s background includes thirty-four years experience as a market analyst and planning consultant to private real estate developers and municipalities. Prior to joining Realvest, Paul was a Senior Consultant with the Tampa, Florida office of Laventhol & Horwath, a national accounting and consulting firm. His experience there included residential, commercial, and specialized mixed-use projects incorporating public assembly facilities and hotels located throughout the country.

Mr. Marczak has also been a project manager with PBS&J, one of the largest consulting planning and engineering firms in Florida, where his experience concentrated on large-scale residential and mixed-use commercial land use planning, including three Developments of Regional Impact (DRI). His land use planning experience provides a broad perspective in the coordination, planning and approval process of complex real estate developments.

Prior to moving to Florida in 1983, he was an associate with a multi-disciplined engineering and planning firm in the Chicago area. His experience there focused on rezoning and site planning for residential and commercial developments in the western suburbs of Chicago.
