MAITLAND, Fla. 7/8/08 – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 4,000 square feet of office space in the Wekiva Professional Center at 233 Hunt Club, Blvd. in Longwood.
MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 4,000 square feet of office space in the Wekiva Professional Center at 233 Hunt Club, Blvd. in Longwood.
Don Rudolph, CCIM, associate at NAI Realvest, the exclusive leasing agent for the property, negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Longwood-based Kayo Bowman & Associates.
