Don Rudolph, CCIM, associate at NAI Realvest, negotiated the transaction representing the seller, Devitt Harrison Enterprises of Orlando.
The buyer, Orlando-based ATEC Real Estate Services, LLC, purchased Unit A with 830 square feet in the Neighborhood Office section of Baldwin Park.
