Senior Broker-Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated the transaction representing the tenant, AAI Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Maryland-based defense contractor Textron, which is a $14 billion company.
The seller, Marcent Development Company, Inc. of Orlando was represented by Ashley Roby of Lincoln Property.
