ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a ten-year lease agreement for 4,836 square feet of retail space at the Shops at Hunters Creek, SR 441 & Town Center Blvd. in Orlando.
NAI Realvest Principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor negotiated the lease agreement representing the tenant, Buffalo Wings & Rings, to take over the space formerly occupied by Atlanta Bread.
NAI Realvest is representing Ohio based Buffalo Wings & Rings for their expansion into the Central Florida market. This is the second location secured for the tenant, with a plan for 8-10 additional locations throughout the area.
