ORLANDO, Fla. 6/23/08 – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new five-year lease agreement for 1,338 square feet of office space at 1232 Winter Garden Vineland Rd., Suite 120 in Winter Garden.

Robert Blackwell, SIOR principal at the firm, and associates Jim Murr and Sean DuPree CCIM negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Winter Garden Business Park, LLC of Winter Garden.
Angela Chapman at Century 21 Capital Realty Group represented the tenant Winter Garden-based EDH (US), LLC.
