MAITLAND, Fla. 6/13/08 – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new build-to-suit and long term lease agreement for a 1,795 square foot building at 6900 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. This freestanding Starbucks building is under construction at the entrance to Orlando Central Park.

NAI Realvest Principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor negotiated the build-to-suit agreement representing the landlord, Orlando-based MESTDAGH, Inc.
The new tenant is Seattle-based Starbucks Corporation.
