MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 3,500 square feet of retail space at southwest corner of SR 436 and SR 434 in Altamonte Springs.
NAI Realvest Principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’ Connor negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord, Medallion Convenience Stores, Inc. based in Apopka.
The tenant is Toronto-based RBC Royal Bank.
