MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated two lease renewals for a total of 25,500 square feet of industrial space in southwest and southeast Orlando.
Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest negotiated a seven-year renewal agreement on behalf of the landlord, 33rd St. Properties, LLC of Columbus, Ohio. The tenant, Elite Gymnastics of Orlando, Inc., occupies 23,000 square feet at the industrial facility located at 4658 L.B. McLeod Rd. in southwest Orlando.
Heidrich also negotiated a lease renewal at 7504 Narcoossee Rd. in southeast Orlando representing the landlord Airport Investment Properties, LLC of Columbus, Ohio. The tenant, Orlando-based Advanced Floor Care Specialist, Inc. has renewed its lease of 2,500 square feet for a two-year term.
