MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of a 2,670 square foot former Captains D’s restaurant building on a 1.1 acre site at 2507 Progress Parkway in Shelbyville, Ind. for $1,500,000.
Mez Birdie, CCIM, director of retail services for NAI Realvest, negotiated the sale representing Nashville-based Captain D’s/Sagittarius Brands who sold the property to MainSource Bank, based in Shelbyville.
Mez Birdie provides various outsourced real estate services to Sagittarius Brands, the parent company for Captain D’s and Del Taco.
