NAI Realvest Negotiates Renewal, Expansion Lease and Sublease for Office Space in Maitland and Orlando

MAITLAND, Fla. - NAI Realvest recently negotiated two lease transactions totaling more than 13,000 square feet of office space at facilities located south of downtown Orlando and at Maitland Center.
Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated a renewal and expansion lease at 1051 Winderley Place in Maitland, where Tijuana Flats leased an additional 2,125 square feet and extended the lease of their original 4,41 square feet of space. Maitland-based MPM Holdings, Inc. is the landlord.
West also negotiated an expansion lease of 6,480 square feet at 649 and 651 W. Michigan St. in Orlando where the sublessee, Orlando-based Planar Energy Devices expanded its space from 7,440 square feet for a total of 13,920 square feet of subleased space. Hooker Moore Properties of Orlando is the sublessor.
