ORLANDO, Fla. 4/30/08 – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new office lease at the Seacoast Building, 541 S. Orlando Ave. in Maitland.
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new office lease at the Seacoast Building, 541 S. Orlando Ave. in Maitland.
NAI Realvest Principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord, IMMO Maitland, LLC based in Orlando.
The new tenant leasing 3,486 square feet in the Seacoast office building is Alexander Financial Group, LLC., who was represented by Ron Wilson of Florida Site Selector.
