MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated three leases for a total of 15,181 square feet of industrial space at CommerCenters in Orlando and Sanford and at an industrial park in DeBary.
Michael Heidrich, principal in the firm, negotiated an expansion lease at Goldenrod CommerCenter, 1468 N. Goldenrod Rd. in east Orlando representing landlord COP-Goldenrod, LLC of Maitland. XTREME Kustom Paint Works, Inc. of Orlando leased a 2,206 square foot suite and doubled its total occupied space at the center.
Heidrich negotiated the lease of 6,000 square feet of industrial space at Monroe CommerCenter South, 683 Progress Way in Sanford representing the landlord, COP-Monroe LLC. Sanford Auto & Truck Parts, Inc. d/b/a NAPA Auto & Truck Parts is the new tenant.
At Springview Industrial Park in DeBary, Heidrich negotiated a lease of 6,975 square feet representing the landlords Paul and Myrice Lukas of Osteen. The tenant is Luv Pharmacal, Inc., represented by Walid Costandi of Century 21 World Properties.
