MAITLAND, Fla. — NAI Realvest recently negotiated an eight-year lease extension for 17,186 square feet of Class A office space at 255 S. Orange Ave. in downtown Orlando.

Paul P. Partyka, principal and managing partner for NAI Realvest represented the the tenant, Orlando patent and trademark law firm, Allen, Dyer, Doppelt, Milbrath and Gilchrist P.A.
The landlord is Parkway Orlando, LLC of Jackson, Miss.
The tenant law firm, which continues to see dynamic growth, extended its lease in the downtown Orlando building while adding a new office on SR 434 in the Winter Springs Town Center, said Partyka.
