Robert Blackwell, principal and Sean DuPree CCIM, associate at NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of an industrial condo in Longwood and the lease of an industrial facility in Altamonte Springs.
ORLANDO, Fla. – Robert Blackwell, principal and Sean DuPree CCIM, associate at NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of an industrial condo in Longwood and the lease of an industrial facility in Altamonte Springs.
Blackwell and DuPree represented the buyer, FHC Longwood, LLC of Oviedo who paid $245,000 for a 2,120 square foot industrial condo at Soldiers Creek Business Center, 2100 Ronald Reagan Blvd., in Longwood. Michael Heidrich represented the seller Landworks Group, Inc. of Sanford.
In Altamonte Springs, DuPree and Blackwell represented the landlord, Miller Road Multi, LLC in the lease of 1,500 square feet of industrial space at 1012 Miller Drive to the new tenant, Jordan Welding & Fabrication of Deltona.
