ORLANDO, Fla. – The Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR) honored NAI Realvest Principal Michael Heidrich during the recent Hallmark Awards as one of the overall top producers in CFCAR’s 10-county area in 2007.
Heidrich, who joined NAI Realvest in 1989, negotiated sales and leases valued at more than $47 million in 2007. During his NAI Realvest career, Heidrich has negotiated commercial property sales and leases valued at more than $750 million.
His biggest career transaction is the sale of 2,130 acres to Bobby Gin for $42 million in 2001. This property is known today as Reunion Resort.
Other NAI Realvest executives who won Hallmark awards include Principal Robert Blackwell, SIOR as one of the region’s top land and top office brokers; NAI Realvest Chairman George Livingston and Principal Christie Alexander, as top industrial brokers; NAI Realvest Principal Tom Kelley, CCIM as top office broker, Associate George Viele, top land broker and Associate John Wickert, CCIM as top producer in Volusia County.
Additionally, the following NAI Realvest associates each received a Circle of Achievement Award, given to those agents who have completed at least $2 million in transactions during 2007: Mez Birdie, CCIM; Matt Cichocki; Christi Davis, CCIM; Sean DuPree, CCIM; Kevin O’Connor; Paul Partyka; Drew Saphos; Mary Frances West, CCIM and Justin Woods.
Heidrich also received Hallmark awards as top industrial broker in the region and top office producer.
