MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated leases totaling more than 15,400 square feet of industrial space at Monroe CommerCenter South in Sanford and Goldenrod CommerCenter in east Orlando
MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated leases totaling more than 15,400 square feet of industrial space at Monroe CommerCenter South in Sanford and Goldenrod CommerCenter in east Orlando.
Michael Heidrich, a principal in the firm, negotiated both leases representing the Maitland-based landlords.
Orlando-based Nishi Enterprises signed a new five-year lease for Suites 300 and 305 with a total of 6,782 square feet at the Goldenrod CommerCenter, 1476 N. Goldenrod Rd., and more than tripled its previous 2,206 square feet in suite 210 at Goldenrod. COP-Goldenrod, LLC is the landlord.
At Monroe CommerCenter South, Highway 46 Holdings Inc. of Lake Mary renewed its lease of 8,640 square feet in suites 1001-1013 at the center located at 4295 Church St. in Sanford where the landlord is COP-Monroe, LLC.
