LAKE WALES, Fla. — NAI Realvest recently negotiated a lease agreement for 32,000 square feet of warehouse space at 31 Airport Rd. near the intersection of SR 60 and US 27 in Lake Wales.
Senior Associate Robert (Bob) Kelly negotiated the transaction representing the lessor, Mike Lusignan of Ian-Michaels, LLC and the lessee Flanders Filters-Precisionaire, which is based in St. Petersburg.
Kelly previous negotiated the transaction to bring Flanders Filters-Precisionaire to Lake Wales after their manufacturing facility in Bartow was destroyed by fire in July.
The new lease of the Flanders Filters-Precisionaire 32,000 square foot warehouse space will bring an estimated 5 to 10 jobs to Lake Wales.
