MAITLAND, Fla.— NAI Realvest recently completed a lease agreement for 10,061 square feet of industrial space at Monroe CommerCenter North, located at 4200 Church Street in Sanford.
Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest negotiated the lease representing the landlord Realvest-Monroe CommerCenter LLC, based in Maitland.
Ed Parker of RE/MAX Central represented Digital Juice, Inc. of Ocala who leased suite 1006 at the industrial center which is now 100 percent leased.
