MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 6,300 square feet of industrial space at 475 S. Shell Road in Benson Junction CommerCenter in DeBary.

Michael Heidrich, a principal in the firm and associate Sean DuPree CCIM negotiated the lease representing the landlord Benson Junction CommerCenter LLC of Maitland.
Bill Miller of Acquisition Consultants represented the new tenant Summit Erectors, Inc. of DeBary.
