ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a sublease agreement for 3,756 square feet of office space in Two Research Square located at 12000 Research Parkway in the Central Florida Research Park off Alafaya Tr. in east Orlando.

Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated the transaction representing the sublessor Tallahassee-based North Florida Division I. The sublessee is SRI International, an independent non-profit R&D organization headquartered in Menlo Park, Calif.
Resource Square II, LLC is the landlord.
