NAI Realvest Principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O'Connor negotiated the lease representing the tenant, Camarillo, Calif.-based Harbor Freight Tools USA, Inc. who is relocating from an existing store approximately one mile east of the Publix-anchored shopping center.
Lakeland-based Publix Supermarkets, Inc. is the landlord.
