ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sales of two Captain D’s restaurant facilities to local investors in Dayton, Ohio and Russellville Ark.
Mez Birdie, CCIM, director of retail and investment services at the firm, negotiated both transactions representing the seller, Captain D’s based in Nashville. The purchase prices were not disclosed.
