ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of 33,800 square foot retail site located at 3551 13th St. in St. Cloud for $875,000.
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of 33,800 square foot retail site located at 3551 13th St. in St. Cloud for $875,000.
NAI Realvest Principals Kevin O'Connor and Matt Cichocki and Assoociate Justin Woods negotiated the transaction. The buyer, Pavilion TK-St. Cloud LLC/North Carolina LLC based in Charlotte, is a build-to-suit developer for Tire Kingdom. The seller is St. Cloud investor Donald S. Brown.
The site is the third location the NAI Realvest retail team has secured for the developers and several other sites are pending.
