ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new lease agreements for industrial space in Sanford and Altamonte Springs.
ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new lease agreements for industrial space in Sanford and Altamonte Springs.
Michael Heidrich, a principal in the firm, negotiated a lease for 2,000 square feet at Monroe CommerCenter South, 723 Progress Way in Sanford representing the landlord, COP-Monroe, LLC of Maitland. Pressure Washers USA, Inc. is the new tenant.
NAI Realvest principal Robert Blackwell and Associate Sean DuPree, CCIM represented the landlord Miller Road Multi, LLC in a lease agreement with Winter Springs-based Chasis-Craft who leased 1,500 square feet at 1014 Miller Drive in Altamonte Springs.
