MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest, based in Maitland, and a leading real estate service firm in Central Florida, was recently named exclusive leasing and sales representatives for the 27,000 square foot Canaveral Port Authority Building.
Paul P. Partyka, managing partner and principal at NAI Realvest said the firm is responsible for leasing Class A office space in the Port Authority building and sale of the 18,000 square foot former Port Authority headquarters facility, which is also located at Port Canaveral. Partyka negotiated the deal assisted by associates Candice Southwick and Richard Leuner.
