NAI Realvest principal Robert Blackwell and associate Sean DuPree CCIM, negotiated the lease agreement representing the new tenant, Orlando-based Happy Feet, Inc.

Rich Davis at Grubb & Ellis participated in the transaction representing the landlord, Richard T. Davis, Trustee of Maitland.

Happy Feet is relocating from American Industrial Center in Longwood.
