ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a lease for 12 acres of industrial land at Bartow Municipal Airport in Polk County.
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a lease for 12 acres of industrial land at Bartow Municipal Airport in Polk County.
George Livingston, chairman emeritus, associate Drew Saphos and Christie Alexander, a principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated the lease representing the landlord, Bartow Municipal Airport.
The property was leased for storage containers by Tempe, Arizona-based Mobile Mini.
