ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a sublease agreement for 2,564 square feet of office space at 2200 Lucien Way, Suite 330 in Maitland.

Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM, brokered the transaction, representing the landlord Realvest Partners, Inc.
The tenant, relocating from downtown Orlando to the Maitland submarket, is Orlando-based Horizons Rewards, LLC who provides travel incentives to companies that want to build customer loyalty.
