ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new office lease agreement with a sports restaurant and memorabilia business in the Magnolia Corporate Center located at 2572 West SR 426 in Oviedo.
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new office lease agreement with a sports restaurant and memorabilia business in the Magnolia Corporate Center located at 2572 West SR 426 in Oviedo.
Tom Kelley, CCIM, a principal at NAI Realvest and senior associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated the agreement on behalf of the landlord, Magnolia Enterprises LLC of Orlando.
The tenant, C. Jordan Enterprises, LLC of Oviedo leased suite 2072 with 1,455 square feet. Craig Kesler of ReMax Select represented the tenant.
