ORLANDO, Fla. -- NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new lease agreements that total 4,210 square feet of space in the Winter Garden Business Park.
ORLANDO, Fla. -- NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new lease agreements that total 4,210 square feet of space in the Winter Garden Business Park.
Robert Blackwell SIOR, principal at the firm and associates Sean DuPree CCIM and Jim Murr, negotiated the transactions representing the landlord, Winter Garden Business Park, LLC c/o Leasco Management Co. of Winter Garden.
The new retail tenant in 1218 Winter Garden Vineland Rd. Suite 100 with 1,710 square feet is Caterings Best, LLC of Winter Garden. Channing Harrison with Main Street Realtors represented the tenant.
The new tenant who leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at Suite 100, 1226 Winter-Garden Vineland Rd. is Winter Garden-based Clinical Measurements, Inc. a manufacturer’s representative for information systems and monitors for hospitals and clinics.
