ORLANDO, Fla. — NAI Realvest recently negotiated a renewal lease for 13,834 square feet of professional office space at Suite 250, 12633 Challenger Parkway in the Central Florida Research Park off Alafaya Trail in east Orlando.
ORLANDO, Fla. — NAI Realvest recently negotiated a renewal lease for 13,834 square feet of professional office space at Suite 250, 12633 Challenger Parkway in the Central Florida Research Park off Alafaya Trail in east Orlando.
Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated the agreement representing the tenant, SAAB Training USA, LLC.
The landlord, Marlanco, Inc. of Orlando was represented by Ashley Roby of Lincoln Property.
West also negotiated an office lease agreement for 56,000 square feet of space at 5945 Hazeltine National Drive in the Lee Vista Business Center at the Orlando International Airport. West represented the tenant, Adacel Systems, Inc.,the Orlando-based operational and simulation software developer servicing air traffic controllers and training worldwide.
The landlord is Lee Vista, Inc. of Orlando.
