MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new industrial lease of 4,000 square feet at 8350 Parkline Blvd. in the Airport Commerce Center off South Orange Ave. in Orlando.
Michael Heidrich, a principal in the firm, negotiated the lease representing the landlord, Columbus, Ohio-based Parkline Properties, LLC. The tenant, Arizona Beverage Company LLC of Lake Success, NY leased unit 14 at the industrial center for office, storage and distribution of its Arizona Iced Tea products.
