ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest, which ranks as one of the region’s top commercial real estate firms and leading industrial property developers, has launched NAI Realvest Investment Services Group to identify and acquire commercial real estate opportunities for investors and capital partners
ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest, which ranks as one of the region’s top commercial real estate firms and leading industrial property developers, has launched NAI Realvest Investment Services Group to identify and acquire commercial real estate opportunities for investors and capital partners.
George Livingston, founder and chairman of NAI Realvest, said he and NAI Realvest principal Christie Alexander will head NAI Realvest Investment Services Group.
NAI Realvest broker associates Drew Saphos, Paul Vera, Jim McDougall and Jack Lynch have also joined the group, Livingston announced.
Saphos will focus on office properties, Vera on retail facilities, and McDougall on industrial developments, such as NAI Realvest’s CommerCenter® industrial facilities, Livingston said. Lynch, a 40-year commercial investment veteran who joined NAI Realvest last year, will focus on special operations and unique opportunities such as build-to-suit projects and sale-and-lease back transactions, Livingston explained.
Already, NAI Realvest Investment Services Group is negotiating transactions that total almost one million square feet of commercial space, Livingston added.
NAI Global, the world's leading managed network of commercial real estate firms with more than 325 offices in 55 countries worldwide, has formed NAI Global Institutional Investment Services Group, said Livingston.
Gerald S. Monash, CCIM, a 27-year industry dean who served as principal and CEO of Lancet Realty Advisors, Inc., and founding partner and CEO of Broad Street Capital, LLC, will head NAI Global Institutional Investment Services Group. Monash currently serves as NAI Global’s executive director of investment services.
Livingston said NAI Realvest Investment Services Group will work closely with NAI Global Institutional Investment Services Group to coordinate investment activities throughout Florida. This is an invitation only group now totalling 20 members including George Livingston and Christie Alexander.
