NAI Realvest negotiates long term industrial leases totaling 16,800 square feet in Sanford and DeBary

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated three leases totaling 16,800 square feet of industrial space at Monroe CommerCenter South in Sanford and at Benson Junction CommerCenter in DeBary.
Michael Heidrich, a principal in the firm, negotiated all three transactions representing the Maitland-based landlords.
At Monroe CommerCenter South, Heidrich negotiated a five-year lease agreement representing the landlord COP-Monroe LLC. The new tenant, ARAMARK Refreshment Services LLC, a Philadelphia-based workplace refreshments and snacks distributor, leased 10,000 square feet at 4186 Incubator Court. Sher Tolan of Carter Real Estate represented the tenant.
Heidrich negotiated a five-year renewal lease at Monroe CommerCenter South with the tenant PPG Architectural Finishes, Inc. of Pittsburgh. The worldwide coatings and specialty products and services company serving the construction industry occupies 4,000 square feet in the center at 663 Progress Way, Sanford.
In DeBary, Heidrich brokered a new four-year lease representing Benson Junction CommerCenter LLC, at the industrial development located at 485 S. Shell Road. The new tenant, Del Mar Solutions, Inc. of Orlando, a construction restoration company, leased Suite 6 with 2,800 square feet.
