ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new five-year lease agreement for 1,450 square feet retail space at Boardwalk Plaza, suite 1012, 3100 Alafaya Trail in Oviedo.
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new five-year lease agreement for 1,450 square feet retail space at Boardwalk Plaza, suite 1012, 3100 Alafaya Trail in Oviedo.
NAI Realvest Principals Matt Cichocki & Kevin O’Connor negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord, BW Plaza LLC, based in Winter Park.
The space has been leased for a U.S. Marine Corp. recruiting office that’s expected to open Jan. 15.
