NAI Realvest, which ranks as one of the region’s most active developers of industrial facilities and one of the region’s largest commercial real estate service companies, has appointed Ken Runge vice president of property management.
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest, which ranks as one of the region’s most active developers of industrial facilities and one of the region’s largest commercial real estate service companies, has appointed Ken Runge vice president of property management.
Rebecca York, chief operating officer at NAI Realvest said Runge has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. At Watkins Retail Group, Runge built a portfolio of more than one million square feet of Publix-anchored retail properties. As president of Kuhn Management, Runge oversaw property management for more than 500,000 square feet of office space in downtown Orlando.
