ORLANDO, Fla. -- 10/8/08 -- NAI Realvest recently completed the sale of the 11,671 square foot Whistle Junction retail facility at 3299 Babcock St. in Melbourne which was sold at auction to RealTrac, Inc.
ORLANDO, Fla. -- NAI Realvest recently completed the sale of the 11,671 square foot Whistle Junction retail facility at 3299 Babcock St. in Melbourne which was sold at auction to RealTrac, Inc.
Paul P. Partyka, principal and managing partner at NAI Realvest, who represented the seller Sovereign Investment Company of Palo Alto, Calif., said the property was purchased by Aamir Waheed of RealTrac Orlando for $725,000.
Partyka said the former Whistle Junction will be converted into an electronic gaming facility. RealTrac has been very successful in opening these facilities, Partyka added.
