ORLANDO, Fla. --- Two top executives at NAI Realvest rank among Florida’s 25 top commercial real estae dealmakers.
George Livingston, founder and chairman of NAI Realvest, and Christie Alexander, principal, were ranked 9th in the 25 Florida Broker All-Stars list by Real Estate Florida Magazine.
Livingston said the ranking measures recent commercial property sale transactions.
The NAI Realvest team of Livingston and Alexander negotiated 10 sale transactions over the past year that totaled more than six million square feet of space, with revenues of more than $100 million.
Livingston said their most recent transaction was the $11,250,000 acquisition of the Parkline Industrial Center.
