Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest, said the largest of the three buildings---with 49,920 square feet---is available for lease in units ranging from 5,120 square feet with dock-high warehouse bays and street-grade office-showrooms.
Two smaller buildings---with 13,600 square feet and 11,600 square feet---are available for sale, Heidrich said. The smaller building includes fenced outside storage.
Industrial facilities at Poinciana CommerCenter West feature 16-foot and 20-foot ceilings with energy-efficient lighting and solar windows, Heidrich said.
Heidrich said Realvest Development plans to build smart industrial facilities that total 195,098 square feet at Poinciana CommerCenter.
