MAITLAND, Fla.— NAI Realvest recently completed a renewal lease agreement for Suite 1012 with 14,504 square feet of industrial space in Monroe CommerCenter North at 4150 Church Street in Sanford.
Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated the renewal representing the landlord COP-Monroe North, LLC, based in Maitland.
The tenant, Sanford-based Shields Environmental was represented in the transaction by Joe Hills of Coughlin Commercial LLC.
