ORLANDO, Fla. -- 8/27/08 -- NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new five-year lease agreement for 9,260 square feet of industrial space at 114 Atlantic Annex in Maitland.
ORLANDO, Fla. -- NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new five-year lease agreement for 9,260 square feet of industrial space at 114 Atlantic Annex in Maitland.
Sean DuPree CCIM, associate at NAI Realvest, negotiated the transaction representing the new tenant, Pittsburg-based Triangle Fastener Corp., a supplier of fasteners, tools and accessories to the commercial construction industry.
The landlord, South Seminole Investments, LLC of Maitland was represented in the transaction by Bill Parke of Carter & Associates.
