ORLANDO, Fla. – 8/22/08 - NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new long-term lease agreement for 9,520 square feet of industrial space at 640 Kane Court in Oviedo.

Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord, Longwood-based Sandbagger Properties, LLC.

The new tenant, Oviedo-based Upstream at Bitstream, LLC, was represented by Jim Stevenson of Realty Executives of Orlando.
