NAI Realvest recently negotiated a $2,250,000 sale price for the Periwinkle Plaza retail center located at 6501-6589 U.S. Highway 17-92 in Fern Park.
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a $2,250,000 sale price for the Periwinkle Plaza retail center located at 6501-6589 U.S. Highway 17-92 in Fern Park.
Sean DuPree CCIM, principal at NAI Realvest and associate Justin Woods, negotiated the transaction representing the seller, GH Hines Management of Florida, Inc., based in Berwyn, Penn. The buyer of the 18,410 square foot retail center is Periwinkle Center, LLC of Winter Springs, Fla.
